Returns & Refund Policy
At Face for Soul we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. This policy sets out how to return items and receive a refund, and applies in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Your right to cancel (unopened items)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, provided the items are unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging. To start a return, email us at info@faceforsoul.co.uk with your order number.
Hygiene exemption (opened skincare)
For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of skincare, cosmetic or personal-care products once they have been opened, unsealed or used, unless the product is faulty. This does not affect your legal rights in respect of faulty goods.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please include your order number and a photograph of the issue where possible.
Prescription products
Prescription-only items are dispensed specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded once dispatched, except where they are faulty or supplied in error.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [INSERT, e.g. 5-10] working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Return postage costs are not refundable except where the item was faulty or incorrect.
Return postage
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit to us.
