Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Face for Soul. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-returnable: Opened/used beauty products (hygiene reasons), gift cards, sale items (unless faulty).

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend tracked shipping.

To start a return: Email info@faceforsoul.co.uk with your order number and reason.

Refunds: Processed within 5–10 business days once the return is received and approved.

Faulty items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we'll cover return postage and offer a refund or replacement.

Your rights: Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
